Glenn Banks as written in "The Camilla Enterprise" dated 12 Oct 1988. Ann Glenn Banks, 77, of Albany, died Wednesday, 5 Oct 1988, at Palmyra Park Hospital in Albany. Services were held Friday, 7 Oct 1988, at 3:00 PM in Braswell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev Jim Ramsey officiating. Burial was in the Pelham cemetery. Mrs. Banks, born 17 Jan 1911, in Mitchell County was the daughter of the late Joseph Eldridge Glenn and Mary Etta Barton Glenn and was married to the late Judson Chester Banks Jr. She was a member of the Albany First Baptist Church. She was a retired beautician. Survivors include one son, Chet Banks of Albany; one daughter, Alice Hollcroft of Tifton; four sisters, Lillian McClure, Mary Jones and Mrs. Bill Beasley of Cotton and Mrs. J. D. Truluck of Hinsonton; and four grandchildren. Nephews served as active pall bearers. Braswell Funeral Home of Pelham had charge of arrangements.
