Willder, 82, of Pelham, Ga. died Saturday 15 Aug 1992 at his home. Funeral services were held Monday 17 Aug at the Braswell Funeral Home Chapel in Pelham. The Elder Max Childs officiated and burial was in the Cairo City Cemetery. Born 13 Nov 1909 in Grady County, Ga. he was the son of A. U. and Elizabeth Shiver Wilder, Sr. He was married to Sammie Sasser on 27 Dec 1936. He was a retired farmer and was a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Sammie S. Wilder of Pelham; two sons, Littleton Wilder. Sr. of Pelham and Norwood Wilder, Sr. of Macon; two daughters in laws, Mattie Pearl Wilder of Pelham and Donna Wilder of Macon; one sister, Donie Prince of Pelham; four grandsons; three granddaughters and two great granddaughters. Active pallbearers were Norwood Wilder Jr, Littleton Wilder Jr, Lynn Wilder, Marcus Beasley, Kevin Elliott, Russell Wilder and Matthew Chauncey. Braswell Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
