Obituary of Billie Neber Palmer 
as written in "The Albany Herald" dated 24 Sep 1993.  

Albany, Georgia.  
Billie Neber Palmer, 65, of Moultrie, died Thursday, 23 Sep 
1983, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.  The grave side 
service will be at 4:00 PM Friday in Westview Cemetery.  The Rev J. W. Joiner will 
officiate.  Survivors include her husband, Harry Palmer of Moultrie; her parents, W. V. 
Neber of Jacksonville, Fla., and Mrs. J. V. Ward of Dade City, Fla., two sons, Ernie and 
Robert Hardin of Moultrie; three daughters, Lynn Wisham and Sharon Buckner of 
Albany, and Lynda Sullivan of Moultrie; and five grandchildren. Harrell-Faircloth 
Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
