Obituary of Billy Rastus Palmer 
as written in "The Albany Herald" dated 8 Oct 1994.  

Albany, Georgia.  
CAMILLA, GA.>>>
Billy Rastus Palmer, 67, of Route 2, 
Newton died Friday, 7 Oct 1994, at Phoebe Putney Hospital.  The funeral will be at 2:00 
PM today at Parker Funeral Home with burial in Oakview Cemetery in Camilla.  The Rev 
Ron Stinson will officiate.  A native of Mitchell County, Mr. Palmer was an electrician 
and a member of First Baptist Church in Albany.  Survivors include his wife,  Marguerite 
F. Palmer of Newton; two sisters, Wreath Johnson of Camilla and Marie Shiver of 
Quitman; and three brothers, Jack and Mack Palmer of Camilla and Z. S. Palmer of 
Cuthbert.
