Funeral services for Mrs. Emma Lee Bazzell, 92, of Bainbridge will be Saturday, Nov. 23 at 4 p.m. at the family plot of Oak City Cemetery in Bainbridge with Dr. Leroy Spinks officiating. Mrs. Bazzell died Nov. 20 at Bowerland Personal Care Home. Mrs. Bazzell was born in Meigs on March 9, 1904. She was a homemaker and resided in Bainbridge for the past 66 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church and a "Gold Star Mother" of World War II. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Harrison Bazzell. Survivors include two daughters, Colleen B. Morris of Bainbridge and Wyleen B. Charles of Hampton, Va.; and a brother, Stanley Kain of Ocala, Fla.; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
