Obituary of Hubert Lee Palmer 
as written in "The Albany Herald" dated 25 May 1995.  

Albany, Georgia.  
Hubert Lee Palmer, 77, of Pelham died Tuesday, 23 May 1995, 
at John D. Archbold Memorial Hospital in Thomasville.  The funeral will be at 3:00 PM 
today at Braswell Funeral Home with burial in Hopeful Cemetery.  The Rev Hebert 
Henderson and Dr. Russ Elkins will officiate.  A native of Mitchell County, Mr. Palmer 
was a retired farmer and a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church.  Survivors include 
four sons, Neadom Palmer of Pelham, Terry Palmer of Bainbridge, Don Taylor of 
Pelham and Junior Taylor of Cotton; three daughters, Dianne Pollock of Camilla, Vickie 
Ivans of Pelham and Janice Williams of Napa, Ca; a sister, Vela Trammell of Pelham; 24 
grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
