Albany, Georgia. CAMILLA - Janie Piland Lawley, 81, of Pelham died Monday at her residence. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Parker- Bramlett Funeral Home with burial in Pinecrest Memory Gardens. The Revs. Hal Hunter and John Autry will officiate. A native of Mitchell County, Mrs. Lawley was a homemaker and a member of Pelham First Baptist Church. Survivors inlude a daughter, Debbie Taylor of Pelham, three sons, Jim Piland and Gerry Piland both of Pelham, and Charles Piland of Florence, S. C.; a sister, Meta Lou Collins of Baconton; a brother, Charles Fitzgerald of Japan; and 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 7-9 p.m. today at Mrs. Lawley's residence, 277 Saunders St., Pelham. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Pelham. Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
