Obituary of Katie Hazel Stevens Burnett 
as written in "The Camilla Enterprise" dated 2 Mar 1990.  


Hazel Burnett, 82, of Cincinnati, Ohio, died Monday, 26 Feb 1990, 
at the Bethasda Hospital North in Cincinnati.  Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM 
Saturday, 3 Mar 1990, at the Sale City Cemetery with the Rev Stanley Smith officiating.  
Mrs. Burnett was a native of Sale City, lived in Cincinnati for the last three years and was 
formerly from Tampa, Fla.  Survivors include her husband, Douglas Burnett of 
Cincinnati, Ohio; a daughter, Peggy Moore of Cincinnati; a son-in-law Reed Yount of 
Cincinnati; a brother, E.M. Stephens of Hampton, Va.; and a grandson, Dell Moor of 
Tallahassee, Fla.  The family will receive guests at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Nelson 
Burnett in Camilla. Parker Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
