Lois McCaskill Cook, 83, died Sunday, 17 Mar 1991, at her residence in Baker County. Funeral services were held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, 19 Mar 1991, at Southside Baptist Church with the Rev Greg Bird and the Rev N. B. Jordan officiating. Burial was in the Oakview Cemetery. Mrs. Cook was born on 27 Aug 1907, in Bethune, SC, the daughter of the late Jesse McCaskill and Amanda Moore. She was the widow of the late James Robert Cook. She was a member of the Southside Baptist Church in Camilla. Survivors are two sons, James (Dick) Cook of Leary, and Robert Cook of Waycross; four daughters, Margie DeBary of Albany, Betty Costantion of Jacksonville, Fla., Jean Gay of Sylvester and Helen Edwards of Camilla; a sister, Elizabeth Allen of Camilla; 21 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Parker Funeral Home had charge of the arrangements.
