Obituary of Mildred Louise Kirkland

Mrs. Mildred Louise Yates Kirkland, 75, of Loganville, Ga. died 19 Dec 1994, 
at Eastside Medical Center in Snellville, Ga.  A native of Brinson, Ga. she moved to 
Loganville from Forest Park, Ga. 22 years ago.  She was homemaker and member of 
Corinth Christian Church.  She was preceded in death by her husband, John Edward 
Kirkland.  Survivors include one son, Milton Kirkland of Conyers, Ga.; two daughters, 
Ida Boyce of Loganville and Brenda Oldroyd of Dover, Delaware; a brother, James T. 
Sikes of Montgomery, Al.; a sister, Ruth Shirah of Bainbridge; eight grandchildren, 
Derrick Boyce, Dwayne Boyce, Denise Brown, Katrina Hendricks, Madrina McMahon, 
William Milton Kirkland Jr., Shannon Oldroyd and Thomas Oldroyd; and five great-
grandchildren, Brent Brown, Kristen Brown, Heather Boyce, Austin Boyce and Elizabeth 
McMahon.  Funeral services will be held today at 2:00 PM at Corinth Christian Church 
with the Rev Don Hardison and the Rev Lester Waters officiating.  Burial will be in 
Corinth Memorial Gardens.  Hinton Funeral Home Inc. of Loganville is in charge of
