Albany, Georgia. CAMILLA--Clifford Palmer Osteen, 94, of 161 East Broad Street, Camilla, died Monday, February 25, 2002. The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. today at First Baptist Church in Camilla with burial at Pinecrest Memory Gardens. The Rev. Lester Turley will officiate. A native of Mitchell County, Mrs. Osteen was a retired school teacher. She was a member of First Baptist Church for 85 years and was a member of the Veterinarian Medicine Auxiliary. Survivors include her sons, James Osteen of Garden City and Aubrey Osteen of Atlanta; sister, Ermine P. Branch of Blairsville; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. A.J. Osteen, married for 58 years and parents, James L. Palmer and Ella Baker. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church Home Missions, P.O.
