Obituary of Eva Mae Pritchard Palmer 
as written in "The Albany Herald" dated 20 Feb 2000.  

Albany, Georgia.  
Eva Mae Pritchard Palmer, 97, of 104 Tinsley 
Lane,Pelham, died Saturday at Parkway Nursing Home.  The funeral will be at 2 p.m. 
Monday at Mizpah Baptist Church with burial in the church cemetery. Elder Max Childs 
will officiate.  A native of Johnson County, Mrs.Palmer was a homemaker and attended 
Mizpah Baptist Church. She was the widow of A.M.Palmer.  Survivors include four sons, 
Verlon Palmer, Edsel Palmer, both of Pelham, Melton Palmer Jr.of Macon and Ammie 
Palmer of Lilburn; three daughters, Mavolyn P. Nesmith of Blakely, Joyce Hurst of 
Pelham and Evelyn P. Liles of Buford; a brother, A. J. Pritchard of Worth County; and 10 
grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.  Visitation will be 7 p.m.-9 p.m. today at 
Braswell Funeral Home.
