Obituary of Wreath Evelyn Palmer Johnson 
as written in "The Albany Herald" dated 26 Jan 2000.  

Wreath P. Johnson, 88, of Camilla died Tuesday at Grady General 
Hospital in Cairo. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Oakview Cemetery. The 
Revs. Wayne McDonald and Terry Shiver will officiate.  A native of Mitchell County, 
Mrs. Johnson was a saleswoman with a retail clothing industrial. She was a member of 
the First Baptist Church of Camilla.  She was the widow of Alfred Johnson.  Survivors 
include a sister, Marie Shiver of Quitman; three brothers, Jack Palmer, Max Palmer, both 
of Camilla, and Toby Palmer of Cuthbert.  Visitation will be 7 p.m.-8 p.m. today at 
Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home.
