Mrs. J. L. Carroll Dies Monday

Bringing sadness to numerous relatives and friends was the death of Mrs. J. L. 
Carroll, who died at her home near Hinsonton Monday afternoon at six o'clock, 
following an illness of a week.
Funeral services took place Tuesday morning at eleven o'clock at Turner school
house near Sale City where a large group of friends had gathered.
Services were conducted by Rev. Richter.
Interment was in Akridge cemetery.
Mrs. Carroll was thirty six years of age. She is survived by her husband,
J. L. Carroll, two sons, Roy Thompson and Clifford Carroll  and two 
daughters, Ellen and Edna Carroll. She leaves also three brothers, Horace,
Jesse and Marshall Martin, a half brother, Raiford Curles, and one sister
Mrs. Mendie Martin.
