Mrs. Amanda Camron, wife of Mr. A.A. Camron, of Flint, Georgia, passed way at her home yesterday, 30 March 1916 at 4:00 AM. Mrs. Camron had been a constant sufferer for several years, old age and disease sapping away her strength until finally the frail cord of life snapped and her spirit passed into a sweet rest. Mrs. Camron was 83 years old. She was born in Henry County, Alabama and was married to A.A. Camron when very young. She had been a resident of Mitchell County for a long number of years and was a faithful and consistent member of the Flint Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held at the home this AM and burial at China Grove Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, one son, Bud; two daughters, Mrs. Jenny Pointevint of Vada and Miss Mary Frances Camron of Flint.
