Obituary of Arthur Columbus Glausier as written on page 2 of "The Camilla 
Enterprise" dated 20 Feb 1959.  Camilla, Georgia.  
Arthur Columbus Glausier, 74, of Pelham, Ga., passed away at his home 
Wednesday, February 18, at noon.  He suffered a heart attack three weeks ago.  
Funeral services were held Thursday at 3 p. m.. from the First Baptist Church 
in Pelham with Reverend Wallace Little, Reverend Louis M. Spivey and Reverend 
Edgar Bush officiating.  Interment was in Pelham Cemetery with Braswell Funeral 
Home in charge.  Pallbearers were W. P. Henry, T. B. Harris, Raymond Harris, 
Bronwood Tennyson, Lester Piland and Tate Fenn.  Mr. Glausier was born in 
Mitchell County on October 25, 1884.  He was the son of the late Jimmy and 
Elizabeth Glenn Glausier.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church.  He was 
married to the former Miss Fannie Drake, who survives him along with one son, 
James Glausier of Camilla, two daughters, Mrs. Carroll McKenzie of Camilla and 
Mrs. James R. Clements of Macon, one brother, Travis E. Glausier of Albany, one 
sister, Mrs. Joyce Crosby of Pelham and five grandchildren.
