Obituary of James Hugo Hatcher as published on page 8 of "The Camilla 
Enterprise" dated 7 Apr 1960.  Camilla, Georgia.   
James Hugo Hatcher, age 54, died early yesterday morning, Wednesday, April 6th, 
at Mitchell County Hospital.  Funeral services will be held this afternoon, 
Thursday, at three o'clock at the Spring Hill Free Will Baptist Church in the 
Lester community where he lived.  Interment will be in the church cemetery and 
Bramlett Funeral Home of Camilla will have charge of arrangements.  He was a 
member of Spring Hill Church.  Officiating at the funeral will be Rev. Willie 
Sellers and Rev. James Jarrells.  He was born in Mitchell County, son of the 
late Frank and Minnie Jarrells Hatcher.  He was a farmer and landowner in the 
Lester community. He had never married.  Survivors include five brothers, 
Massey and Roy Hatcher of Lester community, Joe Hatcher of Leesburg, Ga., 
Hubert Hatcher of Camilla and Dallas Hatcher of Bainbridge; three sisters, Mrs. 
Eugene Lewis and Mrs. Dan Jacobs, both of Lakeland, Ga., and Mrs. J. Chastain 
of Thomasville.  In addition several nieces and nephews also survive.
