Obituary of Willie Brazier Holton as written on page 12 of "The Camilla 
Enterprise" dated 29 Dec 1960.  Camilla, Georgia.   
Mrs. Willie Brazier Holton, age 86, died at her home near Camilla early 
Thursday, December 22nd, following a lengthy illness.  Funeral services were 
held at 2:00 P. M. Friday at Camilla Presbyterian Church with the pastor, Rev. 
Charles Schism, officiating, assisted by Rev. Orman P. Sloat. Interment was in 
Oakview Cemetery with Bramlett Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.  Mrs. 
Holton was a faithful and devoted member of the Camilla Presbyterian Church for 
many years and taught an adult Sunday School class a long time.  She was born 
in Lumpkin, Ga., the daughter of the late J. B.  and Virginia Smith Brazier.  
She came to Camilla as a bride after she had met and married the late W. E. 
("Tete") Holton.  The couple had only one child, a son, the late Randolph 
Holton, who died about fifteen or twenty years ago.  Mr. Holton died a year or 
two after his son's death and his son's widow, Mrs. Ruby Holton, and her two 
young boys came to Camilla to make their home with Mrs. Holton and lovingly 
care for her through these final years of her life and illnesses in recent 
years.  Besides this devoted daughter-in-law and her sons, Mrs. Holton leaves 
also to mourn her death her sister, Mrs. Howard Holton and one brother, Mr. 
Hinton B. Brazier, formerly of Camilla and now resident of Charlotte, North 
Carolina.  Eight grandchildren also survive.
