Funeral services were held at 11a.m. Tuesday, May 11, at Braswell Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Lewis Crosby and the Rev. Roger Ezell officiating. Burial was in Mount Zion Cemetery. Pallbearers were Ross NeSmith, Jimmy Godwin, Jimmy Piland, Charles Davis, Charles Rooks and John Butler. Born Nov. 26, 1907, in Cherekee County Ga., Mrs Eubanks was the daughter of the late John Jefferson Turner and Lassie Irene Poor Turner. She was retired from Coats and Clark Thread Mill. She was president of the Golden Age Group for 25 years and Sunday School Teacher. She was married to the late Robert Elmon Eubanks. She was a member of the Pelham First Baptist Church. Survivors include two sons, Charles F. Eubanks and Tommy Lee Eubanks, both of Milton, Fla.; one brother, Lewis Turner of Mobile, Ala.; one sister, Mary Strickland of Pelham; seven grandchrilden, Lucinda Schutt, Melinda Reid, Heather Eubanks, Sheila Miller, Leanne Eubanks, Debbie Eubanks, and Kelli Eubanks; and one greatgrandchild, Lynn Marie Miller.
