Obituary of Sam Thomas Pruett Sr. as written on page 7 of "The Camilla 
Enterprise" dated 19 Sep 1958.  Camilla, Georgia.  
Mr. W. D. Palmer, Sr., Miss Hazel Palmer, Mrs. Charles Williford, Mr. and Mrs. 
Jack Baker, Mr. and Mrs. W. D. Palmer, Jr., Mr. and Mrs. James Wiley Palmer, 
Mr. and Mrs. W. O. (Buster) Palmer, Howard and Frank Palmer, were relatives 
from Camilla forming a party going over last week to Midway, Alabama, to attend 
the funeral services for Mr. S. T. Pruett.  His wife, Mrs. Pruett, is a niece 
of Mr. W. D. Palmer, Sr. Mr. Pruett, age 70, died of a heart attack on Monday, 
Sept. 8th, after a long illness.  Funeral services took place at the Methodist 
Church in Midway on Wednesday and interment was in the Midway Cemetery.  Mr. 
Pruett's wife is the former Miss Ruby Worley, of Camilla, daughter of the late 
Mr. and Mrs. O. O. Worley.  Also surviving are two sons, Sam T. Pruett, Jr. of 
Detroit, Michigan, and Otis W. Pruett of Ormand Beach, Fla.
