  Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at First Presbyterian Church in 
Moultrie for Mrs. W. T. Rossman, Sr., 78, mother of Mrs. W. L. Bennett of this 
place, following a long illness.  Mrs. Bennett has the deep sympathy of friends 
in her bereavement.  Officiating at the services were Rev. R. L. Forbis, Dr. 
John W. Good and the Rev. Marion G. Bradwell.  Interment was in Moultrie 
cemetery.  A native of Newton County Mrs. Rossman was the former Miss Ella Jane 
Lewis and had lived most of her life in Colquitt County.  Survivors include her 
husband, W. T. Rossman Sr.; a brother, E. H. Lewis of Covington; four sons, J. 
G., W. T., Jr. and C. G. and Mervin of Moultrie and Dr. L. C. Rossman of 
Albany; five daughters, Mrs. J. D. Calhoun of Moultrie, Mrs. W. L. Bennett of 
Camilla, Mrs. L. B. Maddox of Cordele, Mrs. L. S. Roberts of Leesburg, Fla., 
Miss Emma Rossman of Tavares, Fla.; a nephew, E. G. Lewis of Albany and 16 
grandchildren.
