ROBERTS, Notary Public Note: e-mail from Westminister Abbey-7 Nov. 2003 Long Ditch (also at one time called Princes St.) is a street in Westminister, just over the road from Westminister Abbey. The Clergyman was Revd. Andrew KIPPIS, D.D. (1725-95) He was a pastor of a Presbyterian congregation meeting in this street. So I presume the baptisms would have taken place at this meeting house.
