Go a few miles down the road it is located straight across the street from the old Maynard Church which is a brick building and located on the corner of Maynard Church Road and Juliet Road. Once you find the Church if you look across the road on a ten foot high bank you can see the cemetery .It is in a bad state of repair and badly over grown. Greer Oct. 18, 1813 Mar. 3, 1891 ================= Our Father Joseph Greer July 6, 1818 Nov. 2, 1888 (married to Margaret Ann Cummings Ponder 27 Feb 1848 Monroe Co., GA bk b, #32) NOTE: medium size monument type headstone about ten inches by ten inches wide by about three feet tall- point at the top. He is out side the main part and there is another marked off the left side of him and below him closer to the road. She is possibly buried here although the grave is not seen: Margaret Ann Cummings Ponder Greer b. 24 Jan 1830 d. after 1880 =================== Leonard Forsyth Greer May 10, 1828 Dec. 14, 1896 Martha Thrasher Greer March 11, 1837 Sept. 1, 1863 NOTE: Leonard Greer lived in the big white house almost across from the Maynard Church road and this cemetery with family members buried therein is just across from the brick Maynard church on Juliette Road
