1880 MONROE COUNTY, GA. FEDERAL CENSUS

The Monroe County 1880 census was taken from June 1st through June 24, 1880.

This transcription includes only :

District of Residence, Handwritten Page number,
Stamped Page number Line number, Dwelling Number,
Family Number Surname, Given Name, Race, Sex, Age,
Relationship to Head of Household, Occupation, and
Place of Birth of individuals, Place of Birth of
Father and of the Mother. In some cases, the month
of birth is shown in the occupation column of those
children less than a year old.  

Every attempt has been made to transcribe the
records accurately, however, please keep in mind
that this transcription may contain errors. Please
bring obvious errors to my attention
(LROBER@PLANTATIONCABLE.NET) although I will not be
able to change the census as written.  Researchers
should review the original handwritten census to
verify all information. Questionable entries have
been indicated with an asterisk(*).
