Page  259  February 24, 1869 Term, Court of Ordinary:


Stephen Swann, natural guardian of his minor children  George
W.; Almeda; Medora and John Morgan Swann who are entitled to a
small legacy from their Uncle who lived in Texas at the time of
his death.  The above are minor children of Martha F. Swann
(indicated that she was dead but not sure of this.)
