GEORGIA, MONROE COUNTY

Whereas, A.C. SMITH, Administrator on the estate of Green P. SMITH, deceased, 
having made aplication to me for letters of dismission from the administration 
of said estate.

These are, therefore, to give notice to all concerned, kindred and creditors, 
to be and appear at my office within the time prescribed by law and show cause, 
if they can, why such letters should not be given the applicant.

Given under my hand and official signature this the 3 February 1868.
