Whatley, an undivided one twelfth of said lands as belongs to the estate of James Whatley deceased of Pike County, Georgia lying in and being the state of Alabama and lot of land number 115 in second district of Monroe now Spalding County as distributed under order of the Ordinary of the County. Also negroes Matilda, Ephraim, Stephen, Wiley and an infant of Matilda, Jarvis. By scuss??ed with fifty dollars there hire up to this date paid by said guardian also in various and expenditures made for me amounting one hundred and seventy and 89 an _ cents and the further sum of fourteen hundred and 56/00 dollars interest included and completed to 15th istans??? -- it being in full for legacies come into his hand this April 28th 1859 as also one twelfth of all the land of said deceased being in the state of Georgia not distributed to his legates by order of the Ordinary of Pike County, Georgia.
