State of Georgia

                    By His Excellency George R. Gilmer
                    Governor and Commander in 
                    Chief of the Army and Navy of this State and
                    of the Militia thereof.

     To all to whom these presents shall come,    GREETING:

Know ye, that in pursuance of the acts of the General Assembly of
this State, to sell and dispose of the State's interest in Lots
of Land which have been or may hereafter be condemned as
fraudulently drawn, I have given and granted, and by these
presents, in the name and behalf of the State, Do Give and Grant
unto Hose H. Tigner his
Heirs and Assigns forever, ALL that part of fraudulent Lot of
Land, being the north half of Lot Number eighty nine in the
Thirteenth District formerly Monroe now Monroe county containing
one hundred one and one fourth acres, more or less having
having such shape, form and marks as appear by a plat of the
same hereunto annexed; To Have and To Hold the said parcel of
land, together with all and singular rights, members and
appurtenances thereof, whatsoever, to the said tract
or parcel of land belonging, or in any wise appertaining, unto
said Hose H. Tigner his Heirs and assigns to his and their own
proper use and Behoof forever, in Fee Simple.

                    Given under my Hand in Council, and the Great
               Seal of said State this twenty second   Day of
               December Eighteen Hundred and thirty and of the 
               Independence of the United States of America the 
               fifty fifth. 
               

     Signed by His Honor the Governor in Concil the 22th Day of
