Heirs to $52,000,000

Forsyth, Ga., Aug. 5 – H. F. Tyson of this city, one of the heirs of John 
Tyson, who died at Melbourne, Australia two years ago, leaving an estate said 
to be valued at $52,000,000, will attend the meeting to be held at Fort Worth, 
Tex. on Aug. 13 of the Tyson heirs.  The call for the meeting has been issued 
by Thomas U. and William Tyson, nephews of the deceased, and there are 20 heirs 
to the estate as far as attainable.  It is reported that United States Senator 
Culberson of Texas has been retained to assist in settling the vast estate.
