MORTUARY.

Culloden, Ga., September 25-
Mrs. E. A. Askin died Monday evening at 8 o'clock at the home of her son, Mr. 
O. O. Askin.  Before her marriage Mrs. Askin was Miss Elizabeth Norwood.  She 
was a sister of Hon. Thomas E. Norwood, of Savannah, and the late W. A. 
Norwood, of this place.  She was 81 years of age and for more than sixty years 
had been a consistent member of the Methodist church.  Mrs. Askin was the 
mother of Mr. O. O. Askin, of Culloden, and Mr. John H. Askin, of Dallas, Tex.
