BANKSTON. (Monroe Advertiser, June 8, 1900). File submitted by Jane Newton,

    Mr. W. B. Bankston, of Zebulon, a former resident of this county, died at 
his home hear that place on Wednesday and was buried at Fredonia in this 
county, yesterday.  Mr. Bankston was 32 years of age, a brother of Mr. Wallace 
Bankston, of this city, and leaves a wife and two little children to mourn his 
departure.  He had been a resident of Monroe county all his life until two 
years ago, when he moved to Zebulon, where he resided at the time of his 
death.
