B. Adams Sunday night May 6th. She was an aunt of Mr. M. M. Elliott of Barnesville. The large crowd of people at her funeral services attested her popularity with those who knew her. The funeral services were conducted at Mr. W. B. Adams' by her pastor, Rev. H. D. Pace, using as a test 2 Cor. 5-1 [sic]. The remains were laid to rest near Antioch church. Additional Comments: Mary Permelia Means was born 23 April 1823 to James Means, Jr. and Mary Ann (McKenzie) Means. She married Anon Willis on 15 April 1851 in Upson Co., GA.
