ORANGE BLOSSOMS
     GREEN-GREEN--Married at the residence of the bride's father, Mr. Geo. W. 
Green, on the 17th inst., by Rev. J. M. Bowden, Mr. D. H. Green to Miss Willie 
Green.
     This happy event has been anticipated for some time with great pleasure 
by the friends of the bride and groom.  The occasion more than realized all 
expectations, and those who were present seemed to enjoy themselves to the 
utmost.  Mr. Green is one of the business young men of our city, energetic, 
capable, and of a fine moral character.  The bride is one of our fairest, most 
beautiful and lovable young ladies, and charming in the social circle.  The 
happy groom is indeed borne off a prize of which he may well be proud.  
Neither of them ever looked better, than when they stood before the alter and 
plighted their faith for all the years to come.  At 9 o'clock the party was 
invited to supper.  Our pencil will never be able to describe the elegant 
table, beautifully ornamented with the choicest flowers, and laden with every 
delicacy that could tempt the appetite.  The hour in the dining room was 
filled with good cheer, and many brilliant bits of humor went flying in every 
direction.  After the return of the company to the parlor a reasonable time 
was spent in a social and pleasant manner.  At 11 o'clock the guests departed 
to their homes, delighted with the evening they had spent together.  We extend 
our cordial congratulations to the happy pair, and wish for them a path 
through life as free from clouds, as were the heavens glorious with stars, 
upon the night that witnessed the celerations of the nuptials.

Daniel Hunter Green, Sr. married Wilhemina "Willie" Amanda Greene on 17 Feb. 
1892 in Monroe Co., GA so the newspaper article was probably in the Monroe 
Advertiser.
