Will of Mrs. Annie Eliza Clower, Monroe Co. GA

Georgia, Monroe County

In the name of God,Amen!  I, Mrs. Annie Eliza Clower, being of
sound and disposing mind and memory realizing the uncertainty of
life do make and declare this to be my last will and testament.

Item 1st  I will that my body be buried in a decent and
christianlike manner and that a suitable monument be placed over
my grave, the kind and quality to be left in the discretion of my
brother.  Also that marble head and foot boards be placed on the
graves of my child and husband.

Item 2nd  I will, desire, and request that my debts be paid.

Item 3rd  I will and bequeth to the children of my nephew Joseph
H. Shannon to wit: Sarah, Johnnie and Nora Boyt Shannon the house
where Dan Gibson now lives, and fifty acres connected therewith;
bounded North by J. T. Castleberry, East by public road from
Cabaniss to Forsyth; West by J. T. Castleberry and South by lands
of Mrs. Annie E. Clower.

Item 4th  I will to each of my nieces to wit:  Annie Goolsby,
Sallie Webb, Susie Mays, Annie Newton and Mary Huddleston one
thirty second 1/32 of my estate remaining after debts and
expenses are paid and the special legacy of fifty acres as
described in 3rd Item is deducted.

The above will signed by us as witnesses thereto at the request
of Mrs. A. E. Clower, we signing in her presence and she signing
in our presence and all signing in the presence of each other. 
Mrs. A. E. Clower declaring and publishing this as her last will
and testament.
This 12th day of September 1908.
