Will of Mahlon B. Potts, Monroe Co. GA From: Meredith Clapper Will of Mahlon B. Potts State of Georgia, County of Monroe Last Will and Testament of Mahlon B. Potts I, Mahlon B. Potts, of said state and county being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills heretofore made by me. Item 1st: I wish my executors herein after named, as soon as possible after my death, to pay all my debts. If a sale of property shall be necessary, I wish them to select for sale that which can be most _____erously used for that purpose; and I authorize them to sell the same at public or private sale, as they may see fit. Item 2: I give to my beloved wife Julina Potts all my property both real and personal for and during the term of her natural life, she to have the rents and profits as her own and at her death to be equally divided among my children. Item 3rd: I do hereby appoint my sons, Bartow and John B. Potts, executors of this my will and relieve them of making inventory and returns to the Court of Ordinary. Potts and in his presence, as did also J. F. Wise and J. E. Poe, in the presence of testator and of each other; that the said Mahlon B.
