Certification on page 64:

To John H. Morell Esqr. --

Sir, I have this day finished my  schedule which I now forward to you.  The 
number of persons of all ages sexes and Collors within my division, appears 
to be, 1823. In taking this census I have added about 337 males. I have 
Experienced no difficulties in the discharge of this duty, but such as might 
be Expected under Testing circumstances. Very respectfully Sir I am obedt. 
& Humble sert. Decr. 30th 1820
