SPARKS, aged 50 years, and a prominent cotton dealer of this city, died today. Montgomery Daily Advertiser, March 6, 1886: (Columbus, Georgia, March 6) The remains of Maj. A.M. ALLEN were brought to this city this morning and are now at the residence of his brother, C.H. ALLEN. The family accompanied the remains here. Mrs. Mary E. WORRILL died at Talbotton, Georgia, today.
