Folsom bfolsomfamily@earthlink.net Montgomery County, Georgia Deed Book H, 1809-1817, page 188 Know all men by these presents that I JAMES ROWLAND of the County of Montgomery and the State of Georgia for and in consideration of the natural love and affection which I have and bear unto my beloved children ELIZABETH AGNUS SARAH LYDA NEDHAM and JOHN WILLIAMSON my grandson and for divese other good causes and considerations me the said JAMES ROWLAND hereunto moaving(?) have given granted and confirmed and by these presents do give grant and confirm unto the said ELIZABETH AGNUS SARAH LYDA NEDHAM ROWLAND as afore said and to JOHN WILLIAMSON my grandson in manner followin(sic) to wit unto the said ELIZABETH AGNUS SARAH I give to each of them one feather bed & furniture & one cow & calf to them and their heirs forever and to the said NEDHAM ROWLAND I give all the remaining part of my personal Estate except one half of the remaining part of my stock of cattle which I give to JOHN WILLIAMSON my grandson to them and their heirs forever which said property I do warrant and forever defend the said ELIZABETH AGNUS SARAH LYDA NEDHAM and JOHN as aforesaid from all person or persons whatsoever, in witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this fourth day of July 1811.
