Hezekiah McIntosh, Sarah McIntosh and Jackson McIntosh bound to Justice of Interior Court as a court of Ordinary and their sucessors in office in the just sum of $2400 payable by the said Hezekiah McIntosh, Sarah McIntosh or Jackson McIntosh or either of their heirs. Executive administration jointly to be void on condition that the said Hezekiah McIntosh shall do and perform all the duties of Guardianship for the person and property of Milas C.McIntosh, Nancy A. McIntosh, Narcissa L. McIntosh, John T.McIntosh orphans of Daniel McIntosh.Recorded December 6, 1837 Additional Comments: This is Jesse Jackson McIntosh, Nancy Alexander McIntosh, and John Thomas McIntosh. The estate records are unclear as to excatly what each of the above received from the estate. John T. and Nancy A. received Lot #235 (202 1/2 acres) in Morgan County. Sarah Cartwright McIntosh (daughter of Hezekiah Cartwright of Green County, Georgia and Wilson County, Tn.) is the mother of the above orphans. She was first married to John Harris in Green County, Georgia and then to Daniel McIntosh in Green County, Georgia.
