Personally appeared A. J. Winger, E. W. Butler, and H. W. Baldwin,
Sr., who, being duly sworn, declare that Lawrence Walker, Mrs. Rosa Walker
Mayne, Samuel Walker, Mrs. Stella Salisbury, and Percy Walker, are the
children of Dr. Thomas J. Walker, and his wife, Mrs. Emma West Walker,
late of this County; that the said Mrs. Emma West Walker was the sister of
Dr. Asbury West of Mississippi and that both Dr. T. J. Walker and his said
wife, Emma West Walker, have been dead for several years, having died in
this state where they were residing at the time of their deatn.

Sworn and subscribed before
me this April 20, 1911.
