Georgia            }}   This Indenture made the Second day of 
Morgan County}}   January In the year of our Lord one 
thousand Eight hundred and Twenty four and in the forty
Eighth Year of the Independence of the United States of 
America between William Curry of the County of Morgan of the one part 
and Robert Curry of the County of Morgan of the 
other part Witnesseth that the Said William Curry for and in
consideration of the Sum of two hundred and Eighty Dollars
in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these
presents the Receipt where of is here by acknowledged hath
granted bargained and Sold abind conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents doth grant bargain deliver convey and
confirm unto the Said Robert Curry Jr.  his heirs, and assigns
all that tract or Lot of Land containing two hundred two and a
half Acres Situate lying and being in the nineth district of
Henry County in Said State which Said Tract or lot of Land is
Known in the plan of Said District by Lot No. Sixty Six [66]
together with all and singular the Eighty members and app
ertainancy thus unto belonging or in any use appertaining
thus unto to have and to hold the Said Tract or Lot of Land 
with all and singular the Rights members and appertainances
there of what Soever to the Said tract or lot lying and being or
in any use appertaining with the Remainder and less under
____ Rents Issues and proffits there of to the only proper use
hereafter and behoof of him the Said Robert Curry To his 
heirs Executors administrators and assigns ___ ___ and the
Said William Curry for him self his heirs Executors and
administrators the Said bargained Land and premises unto
the Said Robt Curry To his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns against the Said William his heirs Executors and
administrators and all and every other person or persons Shall
and will warrant and defebd by certain of these presents In
Witness whereof I the Said William Curry hath here unto Set 
his hand & Seal the day and year first above written.
