Eighteen Hundred and Sixty Eight by and between Phereby Dyer of the one part and Mittie L. Heyser wife of Emanuel Heyser of the other part all of the County and State aforesaid. Witnesseth that the said Pheriby Dyer for and in consideration of the entire sum due by her to the said Mittie L. under and by virtue of the decree and judgement said and passed by the Superior Court of the Said County of Morgan at the September term thereof Eighteen Hundred and Fifty Seven in a case then and there disposed of in favour of the said Pheriby against one David Dyer for libel & Divorce, the receipt whereof in full of said decree is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained and sold and doth by these presents grant bargain and sell unto the said Mittle L. Heyser for her Sole and Separate use the dwelling house and lot situated on the South Side of Rail Road Street in the City of Madison, in the County and State aforesaid, bouaid Pherby Dyer hath hereunto set her hand and seal.
