Technically this is a great granddaughter. Pheraby had Matilda Caroline, Matilda had Kate and Kate had Caroline, known as Callie and the wife of Millard Filmore Butts) Know all men by these presents that for and in consideration of the Love and affection I bear toward my Grand Daughter Caroline Butts Wife of M. F. Butts and the further consideration of one dollar in hand paid I do hereby give grant convey and confer unto my said Grand Daughter the following described personal property to Wit. One horse ,colored, named Bob. Also two Black mare mules. One named Sade and the other named Beck. Also 31 Head of Goats, One Two-horse wagon and one Wheat Reafer . To have and to hold the said property with all the rights, titles and interest to the same. I the undersigned Peraby Dyer do hereby agree and bind myself to warrant and defend the title to said property unto the said Caroline Butts forever by Virtue of these presents.
