King of the County & State aforesaid of the one part and Eli W. Harrison of the County of Henry and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnefseth that I the said Harrison for and in consideration of the sum of Three Hundred Dollars to him the said Harrison in hand paid by the said T. D. King have this day bargained and sold and and by these presents to bargain and sell unto the said King all my interest, claim or title in a certain lot of land lying on the waters of Sugar Creek and adjoining the town of Kingston, containing one hundred and ninety acres be the same more or lefs and is known and distinguished in a deed made to Elizabeth King and her ____ heirs namely Henry T., Mary, George C. & Elizabeth King Junior by Tandy D. King and the said Harrison the lawful husband of Mary King, one of the above named heirs do warrant and forever defend all my claim or right title or interest in the above tract of land forever and my heirs and afsigns and all and any other person unto the said T. D. King his heirs and afsigns forever in fee simple. As witnefs my hand and seal this the year and date first above written & signed, sealed and delivered in presence of us Henry King Eli W.
