King of the County & State aforesaid of the one part and Tandy D. King of the County of Fayette and State aforesaid of the other part. Witnefseth that the said Henry J. King for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said T. D. King at or before the sighning, sealing and delivery of these presence has sold and by these presents to sell release and convey and confirm unto the said T. D. King all that tract or parcel of land be the same more or lefs containing one hundred & ninety acres having such forms and boundaries as a deed from the said T. D. King to Elizabeth King & her four heirs namely Henry J., George C., Mary & Elizabeth Junior King represents and ____ do by these presents sell release and convey unto the said T. D. King all my interest & claim unto the said tract of land lying on Sugar Creek and adjoining the town of Kingston with all and any thereunto appurtaning unto the said tract of land and I the said Henry J. King do for myself, my heirs and afsigns forever warrant and defend all my interest in said land from all and every person whoms own unto the said T. D.
