Harper Johnson Clhjohnson@aol.com Deed Book A, p. 358, Morgan County: State of Georgia} Richmond County} This indenture made the twenty ninth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifteen and in the Fortyeth year of the Independence of the United States of America between John Watson of the County of Richmond and state aforesaid on the one part and Benajah King of the same State and County of Morgan of the other part witnefseth that the said John Watson for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to him in hand well and truly paid by the said Benajah King at or before the sealing and delivery of the presence the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bargained, sold, released and confirmed unto the said Benajah King his heirs and afsigns all his right title interest or claim to a ____ parcel of land number two hundred and ninety nine containing two hundred two and one half acres and hath such shapes and former as is laid down in a plat of the same situate lying and being in the County of Morgan and state aforesaid and bounded as follows to wit: on the South by Ewin? Morrocoy? Land west by Thomas Robertson land north by Jefse Boon land and east by Pierce Lewis land together with all and singular the right members deed appurtenances and the remainder Reven...? Rents ifsues and profits thereof to have and to hold the same tract of land and all and singulars the premises and appurtenances thereunto belonging as aforesaid and every part thereof unto the said Benajah King his heirs and afsigns to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said Benajah King, his heirs and afsigns forever and the said John Watson and his heirs the said tract of land and presmises aforesaid and every part thereof unto the said Benajah King his heirs and afsigns against him the said John Watson and his heirs and afsigns shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presence.
