1822, May 10--- This Indenture made between John & William McMurray, Executors 
of William McMurray (dec.) of Morgan County unto James Beasley of Clark 
County.  For and in consideration of the sum of $700 dollars in Baldwin, now 
Morgan County, 175 ½ acres in Land Lot 278 of the 5th District with the 
exception of 1 acre including the end of an old mill dam and 12 feet square 
including 2 graves.
