Perkins Junr of the County of Coweta and State aforesaid of the one part and Jett Skidmore of the County and State first writen of the other part Witnesseth, that the said William R. Perkins Junr for and Consideration of Seven hundred Dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath bargained granted and sold unto the said Jett T. Skidmore, the following tracts of parcels of Land to wit. One hundred & Ninety four and three quarters acres it being Sd Number one hundred and forty five in the twentieth District formerly Baldwin now Morgan be the same more or less. Also Seventy acres more or less it being part of Lot one hundred forty six situate lying and being in the aforesaid District it being the South East part of said Lot of Land bounded as follows beginning at a Stake corner Joining Lot of Land formerly owned by Robert Thompson, thence along a line with the Beach thence up said Branch to the line or partition between _____ Hawkins and George Parker, thence along said line to a stake on the __________; thence along said line to the beginning _______. Also four acres which include the Spring and out of lot number one hundred and thirty. Joining the first mentioned lot of Land all lying and being in the County above mentioned and on Hardlabour Creek and the waters of the same. To have and to hold said tracts or parcels of Land unto him the said Jett T. Skidmore, his heirs and assigns, together with all and Singular the rights members and appurtenances thereof... to the same in any meaning, belonging to his and their own proper use, bought and behoof forever in fee simple. And the said William R. Perkins Junr for himself his heirs Executors and administrators, the said bargained premises unto the said Jett T. Skidmore his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title thereof against themselves and against the Claim of all other persons whatsoever...
