West of the one part and Samuel Skidmore and Jett Skidmore of the other part all of the County and State aforesaid Witnessed that William L. West for an unconditional of the sum of four hundred and four dollars, To have in funds of the said Samuel Skidmore and Jett Skidmore the receipt & which is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents bargain and sell and convey unto the Samuel Skidmore and Jett Skidmore as Trustees for Francis Jett agreeable to the provision of the saith Item of the last will and testament of Daniel Jett deceased late of Greene County all that tract or parcel of land situated lying and being of the County and State aforesaid on the Waters of Sandy Creek containing Two hundred and five and one half acres land more or less adjoining land of William Wilson that being the place whereon the said Francis Jett lived to have and To Hold said barbained land and presented together with all and singular the rights members appurtenances thereunto belonging - unto the said Samuel Skidmore and Jett Skidmore Trustees of said Francis Jett in confromity to the before recited Item in the will of Daniel Jett per from the Admins. Of myself and heirs Executrix administrators and assigns and joins the Claims of no other person or persons. In Testimony whereof the said William L.
