Toler, M.A. Snellings, Fannie M. Hansford, Mary E. Hale, J.A. Snellings, and Nettie Bearden, of the County of Morgan and state of Georgia, of the first part and John Hester, Augustus Barnett, James Harris, Jack Howard, Jack Olquist___TRUSTEES OF THE BROTHERS AND SISTERS OF LOVE, and James Harris, Jack Bell, and Anthony Butts__TRUSTEES OF PINE GROVE SCHOOL, of the County and State of Georgia of the second part: Witneseth, That the sold party of the First Part, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar and the friendship toward education and benevolent societies, and the desire to ecourage the same in hand paid before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold, conveyed and confirmed, and by the presents doth grant, bargain, sell, allen, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, their heirs and assings, all the following described property, to wit: All of that tract or parcel of land lying and being and situate in said County and State described as follows: said land lying on the east side of the public road leading from Madison to High Shoal commencing on the corner of J.A.Nolan and lands belonging to M.B.Snellings estate and running from said corner in an easterly direction 210 feet along the line of said Nolan and M.B. Snellings estate to a rock; from thence in a northely direction along the land of M.B.Sellings estate 210 feet to another rock: from thence along the land of M.B. Snellings estate in a westerly direction 210 feet to the said public road; from thence along said public road in a southerly direction 210 feet to the beginning corner conatiniing one acre more or less. To have and to hold the said above granted and described property, with all and singular the rights, members and appertaining to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the second Part, their hiers, executors, administartors and assigns, against the said party of the first part, their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, and against all and every other person shall and will, and does hereby, warrant and forever defend, by virture of these presents. Witness whereof, The said part of the First Party hath hereunto set their hands and affixed their seal and delivered these presents, the day and year first above written. Inex D.
